New Housing Underway
Our housing developments have been recognized locally and nationally as cutting edge. Recently completed housing projects and those underway have combined a variety of innovative elements, including mixed incomes (from formerly homeless individuals with no income to market rate tenants); mixed use (commercial and residential); transit oriented; sustainable green features (solar heating, water catchment, etc.); and award winning design.
